Visa Expired...

My H1-B visa has expired in August 2001 and got my H1-B renewed. However I filed my I-485/AP/EAD in August 2001 and got AP and EAD approved in October 2001.
Do I need to get a new visa stamped. Is it compulsory. Any advice with regards to this will be greatly appreciated as I am not getting any reply from my attorney.

No, You do not need the VISA stamp.

NO, Because you already have the AP, So just use the AP if you need to re-entry US.
