Myself and my Wife are on L1A in US working in different companies. My Visa and I-94 had expired in Nov, 2012 & had applied for an extension. I've received an RFE for my extension today which I do not want to respond, I would like to withdraw my case. Can I change my status to L2 depending on my wife's L1? Also can i change my status without leaving US or do i have to go back to India as my I-94 has already expired.
