Visa Bulletin

Looks like the number of immigrant applications from INDIA dropped below the “number” that gives a country to be separately listed on the Visa Bulletin. I can see India in the November 2002 Bulletin but not in Dec 2002.

I only see Mexico and Phillipins. This is good sign for India & China I guess.

Since Mexico and Phillipins are mentioned, SO I
think they may be the only country which could have quota problem in near future. All other countries may be OK. Again this is my guess.

Since India is not explicitly mentioned, it is
actually in the "All other country" category.

Once more thing, If quote for India is exhausted,
Visa bulletin would provide cut off date. It
would not remove from the list.
