i was just checking the visa bulletin from april 2006 to Sep 2006.... i noticed that the family based category 2a on april showed the date of mar 02 and the in july of mar 01 and now in sept its showing sep 99... what does this means i couldnt understand.... could you please explain it?????????

this means there is retrogression. thers allot of files and very few greencards to give to those ppl. because they have limits on everything like how many ppl can come in usa each year. it sux. so whats ur priority date anyways??
