THE June 2007 visa bulletin issued by the Department of State showed a significant change in the availability of employment-based visa numbers.
Specifically, those who secured the employment based-3rd preference (EB3) category visa from Apr' 2001 to Jun' 2003.

a. What does this mean to us who are waiting from past four years and fall into this category.
Does this mean in the next month all the applicants can expect the approvals. Can someone explain?

b. Is there any benefit if we discuss our matter with Info Pass appointment (with immigration officer)?

I tried yesterday..not much useful but u also try!?
I went to infopass ..its weast of time she doesnt know anything..she is just reading the same info what evr we can see online!!?

She is saying ur case in NSC so she dont have any info abt my case and she asked me to talk to NSC by calling 1-800 number.
So i did called NSC also they also reading the same thing from online info and they told i will get some info abt thuis case with in 45days!?
Guys any experiance with the same way!? any ideas!? what going to happened next!??
they may esculate my case from now!??

I have cancelled my appointment.

I never got extra information from NSC call. Don't know what is the other way around. I'm trying with local senator. Let us see how that goes.
