Yes, name check is the key. What is your PD and is ur NC cleared?

When regrogression was there in last 2 yrs, my NC was not clear, by the time my NC was cleared there are no visas in Sept.


My NC was cleared on 8/29/07 finally and now waiting for visas. However my wife had 2 LUDS this month, not sure what TSC is cooking for us

Sept VB says april 04 for EB2 india ..
but there were some approvals in sept beyond that date for eb2 as well as eb3 india tho unavilable.
If Visa nos have been allotted for all pending cases
then we shud see apporvals even on october 07 irrespective of VB.
thats my guess.

When I called the TSC IO, they said everything was ready to go and my case was with an officer but there were no visa numbers and there would not be till October.

Do not believe those IO s, lot of pple in this forum recieved the same ans "no visa nos" and they got approvals also.
