can somebody explain to us what do they have just update in visa bulletin for july

This update has nothing to do with the lottery.
It is just for people who are in the US on a
working visa and who are waiting for the greencard.
They are VERY upset about this ........

...it's means that they are done processing visas for 2007 for Employment-based cases. In other words, even if a number becomes current in July or after, they will not process it
