Lots of talk about the VB being late!
Interesting maybe to note that in 2015, they first published the VB on 9 September, and then published a superseding update on 25 September.

Guessing they don’t want that to happen again. Remember October is the start of the new FY and for many categories there is a lot of priority date recalculation to align with new fiscal year quotas. They suggested they would do this at least with F2A which had gone current, and F2B PDs had suddenly moved forward a couple of years in the space of a few months, so I’m guessing those might shift as well.
Or maybe someone at uscis just forgot to hit “submit”
@Britsimon - do you think there might be a delay in interview notices with the delay in VB, or not so much as the delay is more than likely due to categories other than DV?
