Does any of you know why its' been 1 year and 8 months that Visa Bulletin is stuck on April for the 1st preference relatives of citizens? My mother applied for me on November 29, 2001, and they are currently processing April 22, 2001. We've been waiting forever, how long will we have to wait for the processing date to move from April? Please help, it's been a nightmare.
