I've to revalidate my visa at chennai consulate on feb 2006.
I'm going on a 2 weeks vacation. I've a 2 months overstay problem
which is later taken care by amending H1B. I never stamped a visa
after that nor got out of the country.
Now my question is -->
Is there a chance to take more than 2 weeks to issue a visa?
if so what could be the reasons?
( a delayed visa is a rejected visa for me since I cannot stay away
from work more than 2 weeks)
I've an advance parole too. Which one would be better to re-enter?
I would like to use H1B if possible.
