I have a question regarding visa approval.
At present I am on H1 and is valid till July 1st.
I got H4 approval by premium along with my spouse. It is valid from July 1st.
I got one offer and they want to process my H1 now.
Question is :
Is my H1 transferable as it is till July 1st or do I have to go for visa change from H4 to H1 as I have approval valid from July 1st.
