I recently had an appt at New Delhi. I made quite a few mistakes while filling up the on-line form, which I realized only after getting to the Embassy. In Delhi, the process is that a person initially goes through the application and asks us to give any mandatory information that we have missed or errored. When I was making the appt, i literally had 2-3 mins for filling up all the information and I had to fill up quite a few forms as i was applying for my H1 and H4... So I really would'nt worry that much..... The officer who was checking me told me that, they take most of the information via online so that their time would be saved. If we make mistakes, the time taken for intial processing of our visa application would be increased by few minutes.... (we have to wait in queue longer...)
Also, If you want to make changes to the address to which courier is sent, that can be done too.
