I am currently in H1B visa status , but my H1B visa stamp was expired in my passport. I need to visit Germany for an interview next month, I do not have enough time to get appointment in canada.
(1) Can I get 30 automatic revalidation if I go to germany for my interview ? Can I re-enter USA after my job interveiw with my I-767 and I-94.?
(2) I was trying to get an appointment , the site didnot let me continue to do appointment especially the mexico site? , any one out there have got an appointment in mexico , please let me know how can I get an appointment through website? and any tips for obtaining visa at mexico?
What tht means TCN in mexico site, we do have to say yes?
any suggestion for mexico, where I could get appointment not waiting too long?
(3) Can I use my interview letters to speed up my appointment in CANADA if I decided to go to canada for my visa stamp?
