Visa and I-94 after Green Card

Hello!

I am an H1-B visa holder and will be getting married soon to a US Citizen. After marriage, I am planning to change my status from H1-B to Green Card holder. My question is...

1. After I have obtained my conditional green card, is it correct to assume that I do not have to maintain a valid H1-B and I-94 as long as I have a valid EAD?

2. Does I-94 still applies to green card holders?

If anyone can give me an insight of this or answer my questions, that will be greatly appreciated.

After you get the GC, you are no longer in H-1b status nor do you need I-94 when entering the USA. You are a PR!!!
