Violating F1 Visa regulations

I am currently working for more than 20 hours. The reason this has happened is because of overlapping contracts. I am currently working for 28 hours. This overlapping is for 3 months and after that I am back to 20 hours. Will this effect my chances for an H1B visa. I am aware that it will effect my green card. Please advise. I really need it badly

I'm holding an F-1 visa. I work more than 20 hours and I don't have any problem so far. I've been in and out of the country several times without any probs.
