I have questions to those who applied PERM in state of virginia.
How long did it take for you guys to place job order withing virgina SWA?
And How long did it take to get PWA?
My lawyer requested for job order about two months and did not get
any response from Virginial SWA.
No job order and no PWA yet after two months.
My lawyer just tells me that Virginia SWA is really slow and we have to wait.
Is this true from your experience?
