Dear All,
I will tell you story and I ask you advice if I am eligible for asylum
I am journalist, but not political, I was just anchor of cultural program at public channel in 2011, I was attacked by group of people on the street and this video is taped, I was bitten by at least 10 of them, but I escaped. Then those guys were arrested and they are in prison, but they send threats to me, also there was threats send on TV as sms scrolling box to me and my family.
Do I qualify for asylum? The country is not fully democratic but it is at some stage. There is no government threatening me, just those people and some group of supporters.
I have video tape of this and also their threatening messages on TVs
Is there chance that I will be given asylum, also this fact was condemned by Euro commission representatives
Also I entered US several times but never asked for Asylum, but now I feel those old group is activated against me
