VFS Language Interview

Hi ,
I need some help for setting up an interview for my parents . My Father knows english very well but my mother doesnot know english. Can I take Visa appointment in English at Chennai consulate ? or it is preferred to take in Telugu . I want to know this answer soon as i would like to bring my parents when the weather is good here in northeast. My parents are old and just want to show them some places in USA at least once.
I tried to get the telugu appointment but vfs-usa site says no interviews are available.

Please help me .

Since ur mom doesn't know English, its always better to take Telugu appt. What if the officer asks something to ur mom? She will be asked to come back with a local lang. appt if that happens. So wait for Telugu dates to show up.
