VFS Apt: Must be simple. what am I missing

Trying to book an appoint on VFS. From "Apply From Non-immigrant Visa" i already saved applications. Now I need to keep on looking for apt dates availability. This is where I have an issue?

Once I am at:
>Create a new application
>Retrieve/ Modify a saved application
>Download details of a confirmed appointment

As I already saved application, I am using 'Retrieve/Modify" and then it get's the form but NO WHERE I see a way to look for appointment dates? After application retrieve it asks me to save and exit again.

What am I missing ?
