VFS Appointment System - Mumbai - Help

last week, I obtained HDFC fee receipts (for me and my wife) from Mumbai. I managed to fill and save DS-156, DS-157 for myself and I can still retrieve my applications; however I never got any otion to include/fill forms for my wife. Also , system did show couple of appointment dates in Jan'07 when I registered myself, but system never asked me to select appointment date, once I finished the application.

Rightnow I am able to retrieve my application, but I don't know how to add/fill forms for my wife and how to select appointment date.

Am I missing anything here?

Hi,

Once you fill in your application the site will ask you if you want to add your family members/additional applicants etc. After this you should be able to fill the details for your spouse and you shoould be good to go with.
