VFS Appointment Question - Please help. Urgent

I had taken a H1 stamping appointment for myself and a H4 stamping for my fiance at the VFS site for the Chennai consulate for June 2006.

I am thinking of getting my visa stamped in Canada before flying to India. This way, only my then wife would get her H4 stamped without me having to go to the consulate.

Can I use the existing appointment (H1 + H4) at VFS? Do I need to make any changes and if so, how do I make changes(The website does not seem to let us make any changes. The Customer Service never replies to our queries) before my wife goes for H4?

Any help is really really appreciated.

I know someone who had a same problem and when he called they said only way to do this is to cancel the existing appointment and take a new one. So he did that, which meant he had to lose his date and get a new date.
I don't know how else would you do this, website doesnt allow you to do this and customer care doesnt do this.
