Hi, My advance parole is pending with VSC since weeks ( I have no Visa), now mother is in serious condition and I shoould go to India, please advise how can I get AP tommorow morning. Thanks.

VeryUrgent Need help on Advance Parole

Do you have documentation on your mother's condition? If you have anything to prove that, you can go to your local office and ask for emergency AP on humanitarian grounds.
Suggestion
Tell them in india to fax a letter or send email to you and take this email or fax with your receipt # (485 and AP both) and goto local office I think they will issue right away.
I am not lawyer but this is just suggestion.
