Very worried...USCIS lost my fp notice

I called an IO today at Texas.
Last week they told me that due to glitch they never printed my fp notice.
The IO I talked to then, said that she was going to generate one and mailed to me.
I talked to another lady today and she said that notice was mailed last Thursday! She told me my appointment is on July 26 at 9:00 am but I dont have the NOA yet.... I dont know what to do:( I dont want to miss my appointment :(

The lady said she will sent another one today..... :( I hope I get it, please let me know if you guys have any advice :(
 
check with you lawyer

he should have received one and can send that to you to use for your appt.

if they issue one to you today, it will be in mail tomorrow and will reach you within 5 business days. Since your appointment is on July 26th I think you should be fine.

It happened to me and I recieved before FP date..don't worry. Meanwhile you can check with your attorney too. ( But you should have confirmed with IO which address they sent your original FP notice).

She asked me my name and my address I gave it to her twice. I hope everithing is ok. I will call again tomorrow to reconfirmed they did send it :( this is killing me

If all else fails and you don't get an FP notice in time, just take an Infopass for that day (and 30mins earlier than the FP time) at the ASC you are supposed to give your FPs at. Explain to the officer there that an FP was scheduled for you for that date and time, but the FP notice never got to you in time. If the FP appointment is properly generated, it should have been scheduled at the ASC, so it should be in the ASC's system, and the officer should have no problem in setting you up for taking your FPs.
