My case was transferred from CSC to NSC to National Benefits Center. Last transfer indicates, I should look out for an interview notice and my case will be transferred to a local office..
My 3rd EAD got approved on 06/18/07. Only LUD when approved.
My 3rd AP is pending. Filed on 04/03/07. LUD on 06/19/07. No message change.
My I-485 has an LUD of 06/12/07. May be because of address correction I request just a few days before that.
Now what suprises me is, I have an LUD on my I-140 as of today's date 06/20/07. This application was approved in May 2005 and had an LUD of June 2005 all along. Why would it change now? Anyone got any LUD on an old approved I-140. There is no question of it being touched from our side as I work for same company and company woudnt do anything to it.
