hi,
I graduated with an MS in Statistics and was approved for OPT. I found a a tutoring job, at a tutoring center. But the job does not require a masters degree. Under OPT rule I cannot accept such a job because not at the masters level. Now, my question is how is uscis going to find out? I am pretty sure they are many international students Masters' degree holders on OPT who are NOT doing job at the masters level.
