I have a valid stamping and I94 until December2005.I have visited INDIA last year Jan 2004 and returned. My Company did amendment Feb 2004 and got the new I797 with I94 which is valid upto Aug 2006.(The first i797 was filed through LIN being Nebraska Service Center(LIN) and the amendment was from texas(SRC))I am going to India next week and returning Oct 1st week. Here are my questions
1) When I leave next week, Should I submit the I94 which is valid until December 2005 or new one with come from the amendment (Valid upto 2006 Aug?)
2) I am not going for stamping but my wife has H4 stamping (First time) appointment at New Delhi. (We are from south India.)She is taking my new amendment I797with her. Hope this is will not be a problem
3) Does any one provide the format of the letter from the client manager that shows the person is required to report back at work on a specified date.(Just for Safer side)
