Why r u trying to scare people here. They are more smarter than u think.
We don't live in Saddam's iraq. USCIS will not shutdown customer service just because we call.
 
Hi,
This is very bad man, I do not know why you are trying to scare people. It does not work like this. What is that the real reason you want to scare people.
For example:-
My 485 was approved but I did not know and my case status on web site was not update, I called customer service and she was very good and took some time to find all the case related information.
And said that she can say anything about the status and told be to check the online status next day and she would send request to update the system.
And next my online status changed to Approved. So there is nothing wrong in calling but use your own intuition to decide on that.

Be optimist, calling by more and more people may prompt them to add more options.
 
Hey chill out my friend, we already have enough pressures than to worry about making one phone call, and its not like they even give you a decent answer

Disregard All Sucks..he Sucks

allsucks is giving misleading information;-you can call ANY NUMBER OF TIMES if you want.There is no harm calling CIS whenever u have question.The don't penalise you for asking questions.what a loser all sucks is scaring people>I pity him/HER.
 
Yes, allsucks.. everything sucks.. including you.
Nobody is begging here for Green card. GC is not a right for anyone but at least we have the liberty to call any # of times to check the status..
Do not mislead people here by such advices.. Such threads make this forum ugly.

I kind of agree with AllSucks,
AllSucks, i think waiters in hear want to get approved in 6 months from filling there cases.
may be making so many calls are helping them to acomplish there approval fater, then so be it,but it didn't help me calling CIS it only delayed my case. I have to wait 2.25 years to get GC after filing I-485.

AllSucks you did right thing don't feel sorry.

Don't say sorry because I know you are trying to give some hint or tips to all other members.

I am happy to know that you are already approved even though you are taking interest in this forum.

But I don't like this attorney MURTHY.....

I think he is spreading all this wrong information.

It only reflects that if you are on top of your case from then beginning then you can avoid the possible delay and will save you from running from piller to post.

IT IS BETTER TO CALL THEM FROM BEGINNING, no matter how many months have passed from the filing date, so that things will be smooth in future.
No one here calling USICS asking them to approve their cases.

All the 'suckers and losers' who are supporting the idea of not calling VSC, either already been approved or already got repsonse from VSC.
If we do not call VSC, we are going to loose the valuable time and not them.
