How much time does the New Delhi Consulate takes for the mails/couriers to be recieved?

Here is the stituation:
- I am applying for my wife's 824. I sent the intial package (P3) in August. Consulate recieved the package and opened a provisional case, after a while I got an E-mail asking for couple of more documents.

- I send those docs on 27th August. After waiting 2 weeks I sent them an E-mail asking if they got the docs or not. Today, I got a reply back from the consulate telling me they have not recieved the second package.

I checked with my courier and they have a US consulate's stamp of recieving the package of 2nd Sep. It has been almost a week!!!!

Question is how much time does it take for them to ackowledge if they recieved the papers or not???? Is this something normal???

Uinder normal circumstances/conditions, it takes about 5 to 10 business days to get the mail/docs processed at the New Delhi's US consualte. So just send another mail in the starting of next week and also try calling them to find the status of your case.
