Hi,
I came here on company 'A's H1-b and after working for company 'A' some time they never paid me properly, in the meantime I got an offer from Company 'B' and applied for transfer on Jul my transfer application is approved on Jan. My approval Notice has been sent. Now all of sudden my new employer changed the terms and wants hold my approval notice, I don't know what to do? how can I get my approval notice from employer? Please give an idea for solving this issue?

Tell him you need the original to file for Drivers license, which is true anyway. If he does not give, you can file a complaint to labor department. That should be enough warning for him to comply. NO joke he can go to jail if he tries any gimmicks, if you were working for someone, they should pay or if they cannot fire you. That is it no lingering in between.
