Hi,
I am in a very dicey situation. My H1 visa got approved on 9 Jan 2006 from company A (I have my H1 papers with me) and this company couldn't find me a project. So, I haven't started working yet. Now, a comapny B says that they will get me project right away but they need to transfer my H1. So, my question is that,
Is it possible that company A doesn't get to know about H1 transfer? I don't know if company B is saying truth and will get me a project so I don't want to lose any opportunity coming from company A.

I need advice from you guys. Pls help me and give ur feedback ASAP.

You can do a h1 transfer without A's knowledge. Do you have the paystubs from A? You would need the paystubs when you apply for transfer.
