Please help, here is my situation.
1) My H1B is valid from April 2002 to April 2008.
2) My priority date on the pending labor is July 04 ( NOT PERM)
3) Company is in California and worked at its headquarters last week of may 06
4) 45 day letter received by my company in the same last week of May and they responded to USCIS that they wanted to proceed with the application.
5) I moved to East Coast on June 1st and started working remotely as my wife got a job. Please note that it is same job, just working remotely.
6) I notified USCIS about address change using form AR-11
7) Company is amending LCA of H1B to reflect East Coast location and I am not sure if they need to do H1B amendment or just LCA of H1B is enough.
8) Its not more than 30 days that I changed job location.
Question 1:
When my labor is pending and I moved to east coast working remotely. Is this Valid move and will it cause any problems in labor certification getting approved.
Question 2:
If one is not supposed to change job location when labor is pending, can I move back to california immediately and turn this move to a temporary move as its not more than 30 days and prevent the risk of future problems.
Question 3:
I heard that to file I-140, I must be physically working at the worksite address mentioned in the certified labor. Is this true?
Question 4:
After I-140 gets approved, can I again move to east coast or not. If I cannot move, untill what time I have to wait. Is it untill 6 months past I-485 filing.
Can you guys please help me. If what I did is wrong risking the labor approval process, I will move back to california again and notify USCIS of address change.
Thanks in advance.
