Very Urgent question on Birth Aaffidavit
Hi,
My birth cert does not have my last name.
It just has "Initial.firstName".
And my parents names are also not abbreviated
ie., it's in "Initial.FirstName" format.
My 10th school cert also does not have my parents names in it.
It has my name in "Inital.First name" format and has my date of birth.
I have only 1 affidavit for birth and marriage from my father, with my parents name fully abbreviated.
Is 1 affidavit enough (or) should I get another one from my mother.
