Hi,

I am from detroit and just taken the infopass appointment.Unfortunately didn't not note the confirmation number or 5 digits code.Now I want to cancel this appointment.To cancel this appointment it's asking me 5 digits code or confirmation number.I am not able to find the contact number to cancel the appointment.Please tell me how to cancel this appointment.I really appreciate your info.

Start another new appointment application and after you enter your information such as A# and submit, your existing one will pop up. You can then cancel it.

Again, there is nothing you loose by not canceling your appointment.
