Very Urgent!!! Please rspond!!!

Hi Folks

I intend to apply for labor certification and have a question.

Please let me know if I should go in RIR or Regular stream. Also please
note that I was approved for labor under RIR recently from CA.

However I am changing my company now and would like to know if I should
re-apply for labor and if so should I go for RIR again.

Please let me have your opinion if regular is better than RIR under
current circumstances.

You know very well how long the LC process takes,,If you must change your employer, then certainly RIR is the best bet, unless you had lay-offs going on. But, I think that, if your LC is done with your current employer, try to stick with them for aother few months so u can apply for the EAD and dont have to worry about this whole dredgery,, offcourse you know better.

Yeah, it could the best bet to stick to current employer, but
it may be inevitable. Any idea, how long it takes from NJ?
