My attorney sent my I-485, EAD and AP applications without (misplaced) employment letter last week.
1) Whether INS (TSC) will reject all of my applications?
2) Will I get an RFE for each of the application at the time of processing?
(Because AP and EAD will process immediately)
3)What is the procedure if I want to sent the employment letter to INS?

Totally what will happen to my case ..... Please respond.
 
I think:

1) INS will not reject your application as I do not think they check for ebry document when they receive it.
2) YOu will get an RFE at the time of processing.
3) Do not know but I tink some people in the forum has said that it is best to wait for the RFE and then five the document that it will go to the right place.
