Very urgent..need help on finger print issue

My wife is scheduled for local interview next week. I spoke to immigration about it and he thinks there may be problem with my wife’s background based on the finger print results. He thinks it may be a mistake and the finger printing was done correctly. My wife’s record is very clean.
Did anyone of you have similar problem. Please let me know. I’m really worried. I need your input. This is very frustrating.

Question: You said, you talked to immigration..., did you mean you called National Customer Service or did you get a chance to talk to an IIO directly!!!!????
If you have talked to National Customer Service, just forget what ever they say..., they are just contractors and screen readers..., they do not have access to individual cases....
I would say do not worry..., just keep your DL, passport and I-94 ready...
