Very Urgent Issue - Spouse Case

I have applied for I- 485 in VSC in October 2001 , I have completed my FP in March 2002 .
I have got Married in October 2002 and at the same time I called INS VSC and spoke to a IIO to check on the Status of my Case , the IIO replied that my Case was assigned to a Officer on Oct 16th 2002 .

My Spouse has applied for a H-4 Visa at the U.S Consulate and has been Issued a H-4 Visa .

The Attorney who has represented my Case is a Corporate Attorney and a Very Difficult person to Deal with .

Since My Wife has to Enter the U.S and file her I-485 before my I-485 Approval and I am expecting my Approval at any time now...

I would like to hire my own Attorney at this time to File the I-485 Spouse Case .I would appreciate if any One could suggest a Good Attorney whom you have dealt with in the past ,who would be good to Represent a Case like this (I-485 Dependent Case).

First of all Congratulations on ur marriage.

Abt finding a Attorney, I myself is dealing with Law office of Sheela Murthy and they are good as per my experience.

I would suggest to find a attorney asap and file ur spouse 485 application for AOS (if ur wife will be entering on H4) as you dont have much time left. Also do note that you need to send ur application before u get approved.
