I came to USA on oct'25th 2004 and I got a job in march 7th 2005. My employer has run the pay stubs from the march 1st. I have sent my familly for h4 visa in Chennai on july 28th 2005. in the consulate they asked for the w2 forms then she said it is not available, and said that my husband went to usa in last week of oct' 2004 and he got a ssn in dec 3rd week. Then they asked for the experience letter. she has shown that. My employer gave the exp letter that i have been working from the oct25th 2004. then they asked for the pay-stubs, then she has shown the pay-stubs from the march 15th onwards. Then from that they found that there is gap from oct 25th to march 15th. Then they asked her to bring the following letter from the employer.

Then my employer submited and got the W2 for the last year(2004) with some fine. we were not known what to do for the months jan and feb of 2005. please advice me some solution for that period.
