Very urgent about AC21

My client HR manager is not update to date about the GC processing and AC21 , they need some supporting documents , info and rules. Please let me know where I can get the info and documents, replies are appreciated

We have do our part of work , my manager was waiting for 4 months , 15 days back he gave me a deadline till August 1st , luckily my I-140 is approved with in time period. So I have to or u know guys in this market , hmd u r doing right, hey Jharkhandi u should also do that , I mean all should get reed of blood suckers man

Hi,
Incase if I want to join my client as an employee after I140 approval(which I have now) and 485 filed completed 180 days(which I have now), what would be the intricacies involved using AC21.

Would INS definitely track to see if a person is joining the company sponsoring GC after GC approval?

After leaving the sponsoring company, and waiting for 485 and if there is an RFE, how would we answer that.

What are the possible RFE's on I485? Any idea..

Appreciate all guru's inputs and suggestions..
