Please help me.
I have filed my I-485 under EB3, ND 11/99, PD 11/98. If I leave my present company and join some other company and file the new GC under EB2 catagory, will I or can I keep my old priority date i.e. 11/98? Or the new PD which will be in future be my PD?
Thanks for your valuable time and suggestions!!

Yes you can use your old PD if the following conditions are valid

1) Old employer doesn\'t cancel it
2) Old employer didn\'t request INS to use your PD for another employee

Well, I don\'t have any proof that my PD is 11/98 or my I-140 approval notice or anything? All I have is 485 receipts and there also PD field is blank? What does that means? So How can I prove that I have I-140 approved or my PD is 11/98??
Please suggest!

PD is based on LC

For LC cases the PD is based the date the LC application was submitted. IF you do decide to join a different company, you can salvage the PD, but you need to file a new I-140 with the new company and asking the INS to substitute the I-140, once it is approved, on your pending I-485. There is a Memorandum on this subject written by one Michael Pearson of the INS HQ. You could probably find some material on this on the http://www.murthy.com site, by searching using \'Pearson\'.
