Last Month Fiscal Year
Change in Approval %age for: 3% -23%
Change in Denial %age for: 45% 11%


It shows that even though BCIS maybe working a tad faster but now they are working harder to deny those cases instead of aproving them. Denial %age for last month jumped 45% !!!

Scary, % million pending. Is it 485 or 140

I believe should be of all pending immigration cases which would include H1's/I140/I485/I765 etc.

They have NEVER ever working faster !
