here is really important issue for me at this time.if you could answer me.i will appreciate that.
i am waiting for my oath letter for citizenship.i donnt know when i am gonna get it.
my spouse is on F1. her school is finishing on aug.08.
she has 30 more days of grace period before she is required to leave the US.
so she has till sep.08.
i was planning to file petition with i485 package and EAD.
question is..
should i file only i130 right now and once i become citizen then file i485..?will i be able to file EAD in this senerio.it could start processing of petition from now.
second thought, just wait for my oath and file everything together.?that could make the process easier and fast...?but disadvantage in this senerio is losing days of processing of i 130 till oath day.
even after finishing study will she be in status during 30 days grace period and does she qualifi for AOS and EAD.?
