Very Fast EAD receipt

I filled my EAD renewal on Apr 7 th. I received my receipt in 2 days.

I mailed it on 7 Th Apr 2003
My receipt Date is : 9 Th Apr 2003
My Notice Date is : 10 Th Apr 2003

I got my receipt on 14 Th.

It looks like they are started processing more 485/EAD application.

Keep our fingers crossed!

Thats not Fast

I sent my EAD Renewal on March 18, 2003. RD 03/19/2003 and ND 03/20/2003.

it doesn't mean anything my friend. you got receipt because they cashed out your check. i got receipt on 10/7/02 and i'm still waiting for my EAD.

I got my 485 receipt in 2 days. I am far behind those people who have been waiting for years. I do believe in miracles. Now I am losing my hope.

if they had a rule that the checks are cashed only after adjudication, may be would all be in a better predicament. Even online merchants (these are the worst I can think of, worse than car salesmen) charge ccard only after putting the product in the mail...

When I go to Santa Ana office to get i-EAD after 90 days, how to count the 90 days? From RD or ND? I filed EAD renewal in 2/22/03, have not received the paper receipt in the mail?

Is something wrong? When I go to get i-EAD, do I need the paper receipt in hand?
