Different case... Please Advise

Hello Folks,

I started for a Company A in August 2001. Our company lawyer filed for I-140 directly with an UN USED LC in Jan 2002.

I-140 is approved on 03/25/2002.

Due to my marriage I delayed applying I-485.

I-485 RD is 05/30/2002 and ND is 05/31/2002.

I am still employed with Company A. Due to current market conditions, I have been on unpaid vacation to keep the employment.

At end of November my 6 months will complete. I am looking forward to join another company.

Here are my questions:
1. If I want to join company B, do I need to resign from company A ?

2. Before joining company B, do I need to take any documents from the company A's lawyer ?

3. In case, an RFE is issued in next couple of months what are my options ?

Never resign on your own,as that can show your intent in wrong way .Ask your Company A to terminate ur employment .

2. Before joining company B, do I need to take any documents from the company A's lawyer ?
Get the labour and 140 from lawyer as that will help you to find similar job ,and you can know what exactly is there in ur labour .
3. In case, an RFE is issued in next couple of months what are my options ?
Get a letter from Company B,and send it with latest paystabs .
