Here is my whole story.
I filed for a GC(I485) in June 2002 with vermont service center. Now during that time vermont transferred a lot of these cases to nebraska or local offices. Mine i wasnt bothered so much back then let it transfer to nebraska service center. I recieve at date some where around dec 2003. I am stuck in a very bad situation is this suppose to happen. I recieved a date of dec 2003. Is there something i can do about this. My lawyer is hopeless.
Please help some one out
I-140 cleared, already went threw 2 ead's and 1 fp or 2fp.
I am really in an urgent situation. Thinking of speaking with sheela murthy or rajeev khanna regarding this issue. Any suggestions, any thing i can do to figure out what is going on.
