Please don't start a duplicate thread

There is already a thread in existence for that DO (see http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=117422&goto=lastpost). The fact that its name refers to the Arlington DO is due to historic reasons. The Washington, DC district office used to have its offices in Arlington, VA; Nowadays they are in Fairfax, VA.

Instead of starting a new thread it would be much better to close this one and continue on the previous one since a lot of information has been accumulated on the other one already. Please don't duplicate threads; it'll only needlessly fragment the available information and make it harder for any one of us to keep track of things.
