Exlax Ultra would be better as the regular strength Exlax would not work . New cases keep on coming at the regular speed while the heaps of old cases keeps on mounting in NSC's belly.
To me it seems a severe case of constipation and needs a good dose of Exlax Ultra. What do you guys think.
