I have spoken to an CSR just an hour ago and she said that my case has been approved today.
No online message change. She said it will change after card production done.

Requested Cross-Chargeability on May 03rd since my wife was born in non-retro country. But, it looks like they have approved using India quota. Otherwise, it would have come in May itself.

Got the mail....phew....

I just got the email. No email for my wife case.

"On July 11, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status."
