Today my lawyer told me that I got finger print notice scheduled on May 15th, Oakland, California. But very recently a week ago moved to Chicago and looking for an apartment. I am in the process of applying address change to INS. My GC service center is Nebraska. Is there anyway that I can request INS to change the venue to the places near Chicago? I know that it delays my GC process.
