Venkat, Hanuman, and VJ485: did you/your lawyer get any notice of action saying that the case has been transferred? Could you please let me know? Thanks

No but the IIO told me and my lawyer\'s assistant. Infact first my lawyer\'s asst. got the info and asked me to call I got the same msg from IIO but no paperwork yet. Also the AVMsg still says It is taking betn. 365 - 540 days.... blah blah

I got a notice from VSC stating that the file was transfred, I did not get any thing from Newark. It takes about 600 days from initial filing (I was told) of 485.
